Current Employee3.9Mar 23, 2024Overall experience has been pretty good so far. Definitely a grind but there is potential to succeed. Leads have been a little rough and the rules on opportunities flipping are not favorable to SDRs. Lots of factors that can disqualify all your hard work. That's probably the biggest downfall I've experienced.

Current Employee4.1Apr 14, 2025The training the company provides is great. There's a lot of opportunity to learn and grow within every sales role here. The issue is that it's difficult for reps to book meetings because the criteria to book a meeting is so strict. You get about 300 accounts to work with every month, but half of them are DQ'd because they don't the ICP.
