Overall experience is good. Top notch market fit, but selling the premium product in the space (with a price tag to match) has its own inherent challenges. High SDR churn due to cutthroat standards re quota attainment.

The training the company provides is great. There's a lot of opportunity to learn and grow within every sales role here. The issue is that it's difficult for reps to book meetings because the criteria to book a meeting is so strict. You get about 300 accounts to work with every month, but half of them are DQ'd because they don't the ICP.

This place was awful. Calling through recycled leads, manager changed twice in my first 60 days, and threatened with a PiP the month after ramping when I was given awful leads. We got trained on one thing, switched to a new team the next month, and then threatened with a PiP. I left directly after. Every person I worked with told me I got out at the right time.
