Terrible churn and burn company in the SDR space. Constantly hiring because they know the quotas aren't attainable. Mass hire 30-50 people each month or more and mass fire people after ramp period. Management micromanages you to death and always tries to find some reason to put you down or make you feel inferior. I was very excited to join this company because in my previous role I actually recommended ServiceTitan to customers that were in that space and I knew how great of a software it was. But joining and actually working for the company was a nightmare. Stay away.

ServiceTitan is a rocketship and only continuing to dominate the market. We are a large organization that continues to scale in every vertical. We continue to T2D3 in the new verticals we enter and use our repeatable playbook. If you work hard you can make a lot of money. Excellent benefits, work from home (with travel), top-sellers, folks making $500k+.
