Churn and burn. I would stay away unless you really love logistics/trucking industry. The people you work with are cool but upper management switches how you do your job every 3 months. They care more about how many calls you’re making rather than the actual deals you’re bringing in.

I would stay away from rts carrier services (fuel cards). No money to be made and attainment is embarrassing

Shamrock is a fast growing organization. If you come in and work hard there is alot of opportunity for career growth. The trucking industry is tough but rewarding. They are growing and adding new locations yearly. Very exciting time to be here.
