Zero leadership. The most siloed business model since Sears. No VP's or directors know what the other departments do and how they could potentially support each other. Everyone has a cult like attitude to CEO and executive team. If they acquire your company they will lie and say you won't be fired but they will at some point do. a mass layoff via email.

It was a great product, and fast sales cycle so you see money fast. Culture wasn't great, and leadership was poor.

I would not work here if youre going for an AE role. The pay is low and the career development does not exist. I say this with all respect to look out for my fellow AE community members. There are plenty of other companies out there that treat their employees with respect
