Company has a bad rep in the industries it does business in. Highest price on the market, and worst delivery on projects, services. Commission structure is very poor as well. Work like balance is very good. They say its unlimated PTO, but if you take more than a week off a year you will have to justify it. I take less time off with unlimated PTO than I did when i have 14 days a year. Siemens sells at a very high margin, will not budge to win jobs. Very hard to win competetive bids.

RFPs tended to drive leads. To facilitate strategic relationships, we implemented a named account and outbound GTM. Development and training (value-based, Challenger, MEDDPICC) helped drive revenue.
