comp plan changed for the worst. Targets were raised and percent payout for commission is tied to annual attainment, so having a steady stream of commission income is hard until you are close to your annual target, which most won't attain anyways.

Onboarding is tough, they have trouble trusting new hires with quality accounts, which can hold new sales reps back.
