Support for sales teams is lacking and executives are not well oriented with core GTM structure and the resources required to drive sales at a large scale which hinders growth and extends sales cycles unnecessarily.

Overall a solid company. Company is based in Israel so there is some difficulty with connecting with HQ and cross-cultural differences.

comp plan changed for the worst. Targets were raised and percent payout for commission is tied to annual attainment, so having a steady stream of commission income is hard until you are close to your annual target, which most won't attain anyways.
