Current Employee5.0Jul 4, 2025Sitecore has been a much better employer than my previous employer. The GTM model has allowed me to jump quite far in my career. There is a reason people seem to boomerang back to the company I think. The grass does seem to be greener elsewhere but it often isn’t!
