Too much time spent forecasting and internal noise. There is a tendency to setup meetings that could have been emails. The asks co to ur to pile up. Sales culture used to be more trusting, positive, deal focused, leaders offered ideas & guidance. Everything deal seems like it will break the quarter and year.

This was a fairly stress free workplace. However, there is little to no way to hit your overall number unless you somehow get a bluebird or they let you run some sales play that doesn't net the company any money other than better margin.

Company lacks direction and strategy in the Australian market. Their product offering is too complex and a money grab. No reps are hitting target and the executives for the region are not feeding up honest feedback to HQ and sacrificing the RVP's in region (4 have been sacked in 2 years)
