Former Employee2.9Oct 5, 2023For SDRs there is no training and development, we're on our own. When we ask, we're told we have access to LI Learning. Turnover is high (in the US). Then to hit our insanely high monthly quotas many SDRs were searching & buying RFPs. RVPs don't want to hire SDRs for AE positions (It's been 2 years since an SDR got promoted to an Account Executive role).

Current Employee2.4Feb 20, 2024Sitecore seems to be having an identity crisis and can't figure out whether to focus on their long-time customer base or those who are ready to move to composable/the cloud? Enablement is disconnected and it's difficult selling so many products. The people are mostly great though.
