Overall experience was good for the core part of my tenure. I was able to achieve goals personally while the company was not doing well at a global level. A cascade of new leadership changes and multiple waves of leadership change started, layoffs came, goals continued to get bigger, and attainment went the opposite direction. The current state of the organization is in flux, and the culture has shifted to toxic.

I’m an account manager but CMS tool is a long process and one that takes a lot of time. Nobody is like, here let me get a quick demo on CMS. That’s not how it works at all
