Current Employee Strong Leadership Direction, but Major Gaps in Enablement and Product Development Speed
Review:
New leadership is doing a great job setting a strong vision and improving strategic alignment. The product roadmap is impressive and the long-term vision is exciting. However, more investment is urgently needed in product development — we should stop marketing features or products that aren’t fully functional or ready for customer environments.
Training and onboarding are extremely weak; new hires are often left to self-train. A more structured enablement program and better sales tools would significantly improve ramp time and performance.
Customer Success and Sales Engineering teams are severely understaffed, which impacts delivery and customer experience. Compensation and incentives should be realigned across business units to encourage true cross-functional collaboration rather than siloed goals.
On the positive side, the healthcare benefits are outstanding and leadership genuinely seems committed to building a stronger foundation for the future.
