Mid, but good organization overall. No micro managed, until its end of quarter when ever leader suddenly cares about the deals in your pipeline. Not a company you can coast at. Seems to be an easy company for sales roles to hop into. Enablement severely lacks.

Decent company going through a switch from a web accessibility focused organization to content optimization. Sellers and account managers knew little about digital marketing/content optimization, which led to poor discovery and more for a SE to handle. Variable was based on company performance - poor structure. Very low base and OTE compared to other tech companies....Read More
