Within the last year skydio has found product market fit with their new X10 aircraft and dock. Quotas are massive but reps are getting close to target and there is a winning culture. It is A LOT of travel…. Almost every week you are in the field flying drones with your prospects and customers all over the country. Comp plans are not great given there is a hardware element you don’t get paid until equipment ships and lead times are long.

Skydio had incredible technology and has some of the most brilliant minds. But the company has a track record of giving inexperienced people “a shot” at leadership which has led to reps missing their number and not having a TAM identified.
