The product itself is great, but Salesforce as an organization seems to be losing focus. Opportunity lead flow is virtually nonexistent, especially as Microsoft Teams continues to dominate the market.

Slack is an incredible company with a product customers genuinely love. It’s being ruined by Salesforce. Compensation/performance is almost entirely dependent on your territory.
