quotas have been set to force people out as they are tied to data cloud and agentforce and you don’t control more than 50% of your number and are at the mercy of salesforce doing well on these new products. product hasnt been innovated on well and msft teams challenge hasn’t been addressed (no real urgency to move off of Teams).

Unfortunately Slack is still a cell within the SFD environment, and often the main challenge has been to convince the Core team to work together. It’s getting better throughout the years but not quite there yet.
