Current Employee The tenured reps are being fed by the new reps, ramping reps must split deals with their mentors during their ramp period which is 6 months total. When you are starting you are basically just a BDR. The service is not hard to explain at all so it seems overkill to have to be babied and split deals with reps for the entire ramp. Inbounds exclusive to tenured ae's. Not many successful AE's aside from the ones being fed inbounds and new hire meetings, the ramp is graceful and is decently lucrative. Worst part of the job is the reputation, SA is known for being majority bad leads so one reddit search by prospects will burn most of your deals, you will slightly feel like a snake oil salesman. Company is working hard to retain reps and improve their service. Outlook overall seems good but lots to consider when taking the job here. Browse Other Reviews
