When you are starting you are basically just a BDR. The service is not hard to explain at all so it seems overkill to have to be babied and split deals with reps for the entire ramp. I was skeptical on accepting their offer but on my final call with a head manager he told me that almost every rep is hitting quota and bringing in about $130k each year and the comp structure was getting more lucrative soon.
