Current Employee I'm coming up on my 2 year anniversary at SA. I love my team, the leadership and the overall company culture. The managers give you a lot of flexibility during the day as long as you hit your numbers consistently which is mainly measured in activity points (dials/talk time), appointments booked, appointments attended, and of course, revenue.
A major downside is lack of opportunity, inbound leads are exclusively given to very tenured AE's, and those same AE's are stealing whatever they can from the new people as well. The company really only seems to employ new hires to feed the small group of AE's that are veterans, because of this only 10% of the sales org is hitting their numbers.
The company has a great foundation for culture and work life balance, but if they could open up more opportunity to make money, that would be great. Some people are ok with making 75k a year, but a good sales person won't be satisfied with that. Browse Other Reviews
