Current Employee There is a massive opportunity disparity between AE > SAE & SAE > SD. I have been here for 11 months, the first time the sales org hit 50%+ quota was last month. There is a massive level of turn-over. You act as a BDR/AE. Meanwhile Senior AEs receive split deal opportunities from ramping AEs as well as inbounds. Since starting 3 SAE's have been promoted to SD and not a single AE has been promoted to SAE. Very much a culture of the rich getting richer. Browse Other Reviews
