Tough place to work. If you must - you can start here in your selling career, build experience, and move elsewhere. Very few reps hit quota. Extremely under paid compared to industry average. They promote from within which is good, but in my opinion bad. Leadership has no experience outside of SmartBear. Top reps leave to make more money elsewhere and those who stay get promoted to management. Product is a mess. Demand is still high but customers are never happy after purchase. Account managers get their books changed every year. No time to grow an account or build relationships. Ton of churn from reps to product to marketing because of the lack of compensation.

Once they finished their training (1 week of a PowerPoint). They said they expect me to 2x my quota from everyone. Didn’t last a quarter because I had no idea what I was selling, no training, and the SDR manager said figure it out.

Look elsewhere. Company has changed a lot over past 3 years and is going downhill. Many VPs are leaving and they are re-arranging internal organization structure. Products are not working, almost impossible to sell. Upper management turns blind eye to employees needs. No SDR support/inbound leads.
