S+N has exceptional culture and high level leadership. Love the products S+N offers. On the flip side, entry-level reps are paid lower than our competitors and total compensation currently isn’t market rate for 2024 with 4yrs experience in med device. I should note that I’ve stayed with the same company so that may be limiting my pay ceiling.
