This company is discriminatory and racist. Even the former head of HR tried to make a difference in the lack of diversity here and leadership at Smokeball pushed back. To make matters worse, they retaliated against a black woman for complaining about racism within 5-6 hours of her complaints going to HR. Should tell you something about how the company is run....Read More

Very poor. They cycle through reps very quickly. The leadership of the sales team and overall leaderships care towards the sales team was poor. Would recommend proceeding with caution before working in a sales role at SB.
