Former Employee Previous years in the organization were great! Although there wasn’t a lot of training infrastructure in place, I was still able to thrive and succeed in my role. After a big change in leadership this year, the experience became significantly worse. Non-transparent quotas were raised extremely high to the point where almost nobody was able to hit them, managers and good leaders were unexpectedly let go, and no one felt any sense of job security. I wouldn’t recommend jumping on board with Snap at all right now.
