Offered great benefits, compensation structure got better as the company grew, great culture and teams. There were markets that were much more desirable than others, felt like there could have been better growth opportunities.

Tons of people in leadership that have no business being there and were put into those roles through personal relationships with other people in leadership or were just major ass kissers to the right people.
