Company missed delivering on product development roadmap. Product therefore stagnated for 24 months and now struggling to compete competitively in mature markets. Efforts are being made to fix this. C-level over promised and under delivered by focusing on pet projects. Lack of C level EQ and maturity. Many talented sales and marketing people, working exceptionally hard pushing a slightly better than average tool.

Product too expensive for the Markt. Doesn’t give prospects more than soft values as usp. Prospects are not willing to spend more if SoSafe is 3 times more expensive than competition
