Social Solutions was a great company for years. Once they merged with other companies to create Bonterra, everything went down hill. New management had no clue about the nuances of selling to the target market. Job depends 100% on inbounds. You're not going to cold source any deals; cold calling is just busy work while you wait for an inbound to come in.
