There is a good culture and no micromanaging. However, there is poor base pay and a lack of opportunity for accounts, as we are regionalised. Account opportunity is saturated.

Really good company to work for, culture is brilliant and London office is encouraged to be in 3 days a week. Opportunity to make a lot of money (top 2 sales reps at London made £1mill+ last year). Only thing to fault is low base comparatively but good commission structure (15% on GP of all sales)
