Current Employee Overall a great company culture, but as partner margins shrink due to market pressure the overall compensation plan is negatively impacted. That said, many sales people here make a great living financially, but there is a much larger percentage of AE’s that don’t hit plan, compared to those who do. The focus on sales metrics and the micromanagement that occurs around those metrics results in time wasted on “checking the box” instead of selling and being productive. Browse Other Reviews
