Terrific culture, poor on pay. Not sure on upward mobility if you’re not in Toronto or Chicago, but we will see what happens once WWT continues to bring Softchoice into the fold.

You can be successful here if you get a good book of business. You have to talk to the right people at the right accounts. The hardest challenge is our lack of brand awareness in the United States.

Softchoice culture is great, though the compensation and benefits are weak. Acquisition by WWT hasn’t led to changes yet, but will. Softchoice currently struggles with internal workflows and back-end ops.
