Current Employee Good employer who rewards their people, respects their worker's work-life balance, and is well positioned in the industry. I've had a good experience here and there are many opportunities for professional development. I could see myself staying here for a long time, but it's also sort of an incubator and reps often get headhunted for very high-paying AE roles at top tech companies. Current Employee Sucks bad as a company, I don’t recommend the Ottawa market at all.
