Toxic. Professional sellers jumping ship and rightfully slow. They are cutting costs everywhere. Compensations changed (lowered), less money on leads, structurally a mess and it's getting worse. Mid Management, director and above, refusing to have tough conversations with executive members. Avoid at all costs, this place does not respect salespeople and will run you in to the ground.

Overall, my experience was okay. My direct manager as an SDR and as an AE influenced my growth, helped with prospects, and strategy in closing deals as the sales cycle moved along. Very cross functional role, but so many moving pieces in the organization that information, processes, and meetings started to make things convoluted in creating value across the board.

Once a strong, vibrant sales culture of connected professionals, we continue a downward trajectory of leadership. Good product. Solid stance within our markets. But the most talented sales leaders have all gone, replaced by worn out execs tossed aside by other companies.
