Toxic. Professional sellers jumping ship and rightfully slow. They are cutting costs everywhere. Compensations changed (lowered), less money on leads, structurally a mess and it's getting worse. Mid Management, director and above, refusing to have tough conversations with executive members. Avoid at all costs, this place does not respect salespeople and will run you in to the ground.
