I would not advise anyone to join this company. Groups internally are very siloed and leadership is in their own bubble. They will not reach out to individual contributors and collaborate--this goes all the way to the top. Unfortunate as selling the product is showing some signs of growth but not enough compared to the market.

The product is great..but that is the only thing. The 3 VPs of sales has a total of 0 years of sales experience between them. Their strategies, are to pit us against each other for accounts and opps, mass spam customers, and rotate everyone’s accounts every year. No clear direction on anything.
