Can be very challenging to hit quota with renewal rates being factored in but there is very limited support for customer adoption (CS org is weak to non-existent) + long sales cycle in some parts. Some parts of gtm leadership is actually pretty good (understand the market, provide relevant resources and guidance, cares about their team as individuals) but some are temperamental and stressful to work around.
