Morale keeps dropping (see online reviews) and people are leaving or looking out. Management keeps changing and the new one currently is pushing for rapid changes and retraining of the sales team but the lack of support (no real sdr org, disjointed marketing, increasing difficulty selling against our own open source offering in todays economy, lack new commercial offering) have been making it challenging to stay optimistic. Some good changes like regionalization to encourage ownership are thwarted by the lack of support mentioned above and the slow changes to processes to support new efforts.

Toxic workplace, stay away.. No career growth, low salaries compared to market. High growth goals with a product that loses to competition more and more while leadership plays the blame game.
