FY25 and FY 26 has been a nightmare. AMERS sales is around 50% to plan YTD. Management has admitted that 100% attainment is no achievable and to shoot for 70%.

Products are good. Leadership had just changed and was given a better outlook than previous one. My department was new and also was ended within 12months, so my perspective is not fully reflecting the current company position, which got even better since they also acquired a competitor.

Great culture and understanding of Market fit (Mid size). Great products that were molded into a true 1 console solution, ahead of the curve. Only downside would be the lack of investments after the acquisition.
