Former Employee Overall, Sovos helped me get to my next step in my career - but it has completely changed and the culture is almost nonexistent. Fear-based leadership, don't allow PTO at certain times of the year. Managers are strictly looking for deal updates so they can report up (instead of focusing on strategy and development). Extremely seasonal business. And only emphasis on prospecting is sheer volume regardless of quality.
Positives are - the product suite is great and customers have great things to say about it.
