Current Employee The compensation structure is terrible. Goals were increased over 25% (YoY) and Reps were hit with a decelerator for not hitting goal. Most of the quality reps are interviewing elsewhere. It is well known you dont work at Specialized to make money. Many of us were comfortable slightly under-earning because work life balance was great, but the 20% pay cut has many of us now seeking our true market value
