Very consistent and stable. Sales management is fair but tough each month. Training and development opportunities are always available. Talent development and retention in sales is good. Spectrum would rather train and develop than lose good employees and retrain and ramp.

The company is on a race to the bottom, selling at lower and lower price points without a clear path to higher value. The sales process is well defined, and there is good support within that process. There is not a lot of room for unique interpretations of that process.
