You can still make a suitable living however the great potential that was once there is no longer there. The company has introduced handcuffs and disincentives left and right. What was once lucrative in commission potential is now not so due to company changing of the comp plan, reducing pay for specific products as well as reducing area territories and little plans to expand their footprint in mass expansion to provide their reps with fresh opportunities. Asking their reps across the board to continue churning out great numbers in spite of this and all reps not working with equally rich territories as well as paying reps much less for outside territory sales which demotivates reps to build relationships that lead to larger area of opportunities outside specified reps own area.
