Current Employee Overall, it's a very good organization, they train you up and you get a generous base for starting out, and it's a great entry level role. However, it can get repetitive. Because it's business to consumer, you get the whole gamut of people that call in and that's nice because you get a thick skin really fast! It's nice for advancing to another role. I think about this role is my boot camp for advancing to something else. It takes a while to move up to be a supervisor. That's even tougher than being an inbound sales rep.
