Commission structure is best I’ve ever been a part of. Biggest issue with this company is the severe lack of new-hire training. Given two weeks of formal training before you’re sent to the streets to hunt deals. Company has BDR’s to help set appointments which is a plus.

Family owned and operated company which has both positives and negatives. The training could be improved a lot; the first two days you are on zoom calls 8 hours cramming information and getting setup with IT. The 3rd day you are thrown out in the field to start cold calling and generating leads to see if you can cut it. The expectations are high and there is no way...Read More
