This place was awful. Noboy hit quota, upper leadership had no idea what they were doing or experience leading an outbound motion and processes and the company were not set up to successfully launch an outbound arm. More-so, there was no support from leadership in marketing or sales that truly supported or desired the outbound arm to be there. Company aside, it was pulling teeth to get a meeting for this company, this is a nice to have, not a need to have.

My experience at Spiff has been highly negative due to various critical issues. The compensation structure was inadequate, creating financial strain for the sales team.
