What are the base and OTE ranges for a central or southern U.S. based Renewal Sales Rep? The role's posting on Splunk's site, but it's missing pay #s which is odd since Splunk is usually transparent about base, at least. Thanks

More QuestionsGoing through the interview process now for an Enterprise AE position. My main concern is the product already being sold to it's maximum extent accounts I'd inherit which is why the prior AE may have left. Are most of the account "maxed out" and is the company still routinely landing new logos?How challenging is it to advance from SDR to AE role at Splunk?
