Quota attainment at Splunk is miserable. Now that we have been rolled in to Cisco it’s worse. Benefits are worse and they no longer offer stock. I wouldn’t come here if you have options.

Overall bad experience. They heavily recruited me, yet overhired during post-pandemic hiring frenzy. Territories were oversaturated. A few reps would blow out their numbers from one or two deals, but the vast majority of reps were struggling. Front line managers were weak and lacked experience.
