Former Employee2.0Dec 6, 2023Terrible. I'm glad to have left. The money was amazing but once a couple of big renewal and uplifts were out of the way, there was nothing. No leads, no opps. Splunk would have been a great place to work 7 years ago. The culture is terrible. Middle management are a waste of space and money drives bad behaviours. Stay well clear.
