Cisco acquisition has left some uncertainty in the future. Also, more competition entering the SIEM market as well as consolidation which is making environment very competitive

I've loved working here at Splunk, but I do worry that Cisco is changing things up and will change things up more in July. Working with the Cisco team can be difficult as there's conflicts of interest and ego's flying. Overall, so far so good. Company has a good vision especially since Cisco acquisition, they just need to continue to work out all the kinks.

Pretty good overall. Comfortable place to learn and grow. But track to AE is tough. But worth a shot. Amazing benefits.
