Overall, so far so good. Company has a good vision especially since Cisco acquisition, they just need to continue to work out all the kinks.

Work balance is great, product is good. Channel reps usually are not on your side because in previous years Splunk screwed them over in deals. Quotas are not on this planet. Very good chance 0 people hit in my region. Probably less than 5 in my division. I’d be surprised if anyone does. Average attainment probably 25-30%.
