My overall experience with Splunk is good. Product market fit is an B. Inbound is low/nonexistent depending on patch. Growth depends on patch and current install base.

It's a great product at the Enterprise level, however in the other sectors (SMB/Mid Market) it is more complicated to justify the spend.
